Hey everyone! It's been ages since I've written on here and I just want to give my belated blessings to those who have celebrated Diwali. I was very lucky enough to see a special "mini" preview of the spectacular show Barati : The Wonder That Is India that is now playing at the Sony Centre until November 6th, 2011.  The preview was held on Diwali (Wednesday Oct 26th) at First Canadian Place, in downtown Toronto. I ended up going with 3 other coworkers and we got free heanna tattoos on our hands and was seated front row to see the special dances! Furry Details!

Yesterday I unexpectedly went shopping. I stress the work unexpectedly because I've been penny pinching my wallet for my big trip next year. Anyways, I accompanied my brother to Yorkdale. As he wandered off to find a new gym outfit, (he's obsessed with working out and growing muscles, lol) I decided to take a peek inside The Bay to check out the latest Canadian flagship opening of TopShop. I drooled over their pretty beaded dresses and velvet leggings, but I walked outta there empty handed :(

As I was stepping out Topshop, there right in front of me was Vero Moda. Now, I've been to The Bay a couple of times, but I've never ventured off to see some of the brands they have. Most notably, Vero Moda; but I was instantly in love with this vest! It has the right amount of fur trim detailing and it can be styled for work and for weekends. Best thing was, it was on sale and I only paid $48.00! :)
